MaciTec was founded to solve a specific problem: the gap between advanced active magnetic field compensation technology and the facilities that need it. High-precision instruments require stable, low-noise magnetic environments — but coordinating German engineers for every project abroad is slow, expensive, and impractical.
MaciTec closes that gap. The founder works hands-on, on site — with deep cross-cultural experience, industry relationships built over a decade, and the rigour and methodology of German-trained precision engineering.
The business model is deliberately lean: MaciTec sells expertise, not hardware. The hardware is the instrument used to deliver it. What cannot be replicated quickly is the depth of specialised knowledge and personal relationships — including strong roots across Asia.
